All products shipped through diy-jewelryshop do not include a money back guarantee as it is a personal product and we do not accept returns of products after shipment.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive an item with some factory damage, you can send an email or message through our social network asking for the same product or quantity of the product to be exchanged by card or gift code.

The event must take place within a maximum of 15 business days from the first day of receipt of the product. Any defective items will be checked for possible physical exchange or refund.
